Day Pass Rules & Waiver

Please review the following before purchasing your Day Pass.

Day Pass Rules

  • All day-use guests must register and pay the required Day Pass fee.
  • Deer Lake Resort is private property. Management may refuse service or remove guests who do not follow resort rules.
  • Park only in designated areas.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Children age 13 and under must wear a life jacket while on any dock.
  • There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  • Dogs must remain leashed, cleaned up after, and may not be left unattended.
  • Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the main swimming area.
  • No unlicensed drivers or vehicles.
  • No dirt bikes, ATVs, or side-by-sides may be ridden in the RV resort area.
  • No bikes, scooters, or golf carts after dark or 8:00 PM, whichever comes first.
  • Boat trailers must be parked in the designated boat-trailer area.
  • No personal fireworks.
  • Do not damage trees, vegetation, docks, buildings, or resort property.
  • Please respect other guests and keep noise and disruptive behavior to a minimum.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • The resort is closed to non-camping visitors from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that visiting Deer Lake Resort involves normal outdoor and recreational risks, including swimming, docks, uneven or slippery surfaces, weather, wildlife, boating activities, and limited access to immediate medical assistance.

I voluntarily accept these risks and take responsibility for my own safety and the safety and behavior of any minors in my group.

Liability & Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Deer Lake Resort Campground LLC, its owners, management, and staff from claims for injury, loss, or property damage arising from my visit, except where prohibited by law.

Deer Lake Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, vehicles, trailers, or belongings.

I am responsible for any damage caused by myself, members of my group, minors in my care, or my pets.
