Eagles Nest

A perfect place for weddings, reunions, conferences and parties. 

200 maximum capacity
3,000 sq. ft. event center with large covered deck that overlooks the lake. You can rent the spacious Main Room in the Eagles Nest and the food prep area  for a 4-6 hour period.

    A $800 non-refundable deposit is required when you make your reservation. Balance along with any rental fees for extra items you wish to use is due 1 month prior to reservation. A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $200 is also due 1 month prior to reservation, separate check please. 

    All fees are subject to state tax. All prices are per day.


EAGLES NEST-SMALLER EVENTS (SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, & CONFERENCES)  3-4 HOURS

    50  maximum capacity

    A $150 non-refundable deposit is required when you make your reservation. Balance along with any rental fees for extra items you wish to use is due 1 month prior to reservation. A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $200 is also due 1 month prior to reservation, separate check please. 

    All fees are subject to state tax. All prices are per 2 hour rental period.

IN-HOUSE CATERING is available upon request or you may select a caterer on your own. Outside catering will be subject to an additional charge.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - a permit is required on occasions where alcohol is to be served. You may obtain a permit from the Washington Liquor Control Agency at a local Washington State Liquor store. You are required to provide a copy of the permit to the office prior to your function. If not received before the function, Management has the right to forbid the use of alcohol and cancel said function.

EAGLES NEST PARKING - the parking lot next to the Eagles Nest is available to the guests of a function held in the Eagles Nest. Arrangements can be made for extra parking in advance but no later than the date that the function is to be held.

DEPOSIT - a non-refundable deposit as stated above is required at the time of booking - will be applied to total rental cost. Balance, refundable damage/cleaning deposit, and rental fees for extra items you wish to use must be paid 1 month prior to the event. See above for specific pricing.

PAYMENT - please make checks payable to Deer Lake Resort. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.
