• $30 non-refundable reservation fee
• 50% refund if canceled 10+ days prior to arrival
• No refund if canceled 7 days or less before arrival

No pets in cabins, condos, or house
• All cabins include kitchen & bath towels
• Additional people/vehicles = extra charges
• Extra vehicles: $10/day
• Up to 2 extra guests with day passes on tent sites
• Over 6 guests = additional site required
